Lead UI/UX Designer

Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with proven expertise in using Axure. As a UI/UX Leader, you will be responsible for leading the design team, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines across all projects. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric design solutions. Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Axure and other design tools. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor\’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Axure and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve design solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG). Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
