[GOVT] Digital Ambassador (West / 5-Months) - JL

Working Location: Clementi Contract Duration: 5 Months (Extendable) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm Basic Salary: $2,390 per month Responsibilities: Promote the use of digital/online services for walk-in residents. Assist residents in applying for financial assistance schemes. Helping them to complete the online application form; Helping them to prepare and upload required documents onto the portal; and Explaining the need for forms that require their signature and helping them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary; and Check applicant’s record and/or status of application etc. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Possess ability to teach digital skills to residents from various walks of life Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathetic and patient Proactive and self-motivated Ability to speak a vernacular language/dialect would be advantageous Relevant volunteering/working experience in the social service sector, community engagement and/or customer service.
