Fleet Management Officer (Compliance) – JL

Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Duration: 11 months

Job Responsibilities:

· Review and verify vehicle servicing documentation, ensuring alignment between job sheets and actual work performed.

· Collaborate with contractors to address discrepancies and maintain compliance with established maintenance standards.

· Process and submit documentation to relevant authorities for necessary approvals.

· Oversee maintenance budget allocation and utilisation.

· Develop and distribute monthly servicing schedules to contractors and military units.

· Coordinate supplementary services including engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby operations, and vehicle logistics.

· Check and review monthly contractual maintenance report and documentation to facilitate on time payment; explore digitalisation/ automation of process.

Job Requirements:

· Relevant experience in procurement processes and budget management principles will be ideal.

· Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.

· Prior working experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and billing processes will be ideal.

· Immediate Starters are preferred.
