Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by establishing contacts and developing new client accounts
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
- Create sales forecasts and strategic marketing plans tailored to key accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to accelerate revenue growth
- Lead or support international marketing initiatives, including seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions accordingly
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the MedTech or Precision Engineering industry
- Comfortable doing market research to find and reach out to the right companies
- Good track record of winning new business from both new and existing clients
- Experience in BD, marketing, or project management in Medical Devices
- Good at presenting, communicating, planning, and building relationships
- Works well in a team and able handle things on their own
- Proficiency in English is required. As the role involves liaising with regional clients, including partners in China, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Willing and able to travel independently across Asia
