Overview:
The Admin Manager will support the Division’s growing operational needs by managing resource requirements, procurement, budgeting, project milestones, risk management, and financial reporting. The AM will streamline administrative processes to enable the technical team to focus on delivering impactful solutions for the Home Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Resourcing, Financing, and Coordination
    Collaborate with technical leads and finance teams to identify resource needs (e.g., specialized equipment, vendor services), manage procurement, and ensure budget compliance. Monitor project milestones, risks, and financial status, providing timely and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization
    Develop and implement standardized tools, templates, and automation opportunities to reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency (e.g., invoice processing, status reporting).
  • Strategic Enablement
    Align operational workflows with divisional objectives. Identify bottlenecks early and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Knowledge Management
    Establish and maintain a centralized repository for contracts, Service Level Agreements, and project documentation to promote continuity and reduce knowledge silos.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the government sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).
