Apax Support Ltd in Greater London is seeking an experienced Recovery Coordinator (Support Worker) to take a person-centred approach and support vulnerable adults with enduring mental health challenges towards independent living, dignity and meaningful daily lives.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, requiring rota-based cover across day, evening and occasional weekends with sleep-in shifts.

You will empower residents, manage caseloads with strong administration.
