Role:
- Coordination/planning of up to 100 field inspectors across Europe.
- Coordination of Inspection activities for subsea oil & gas components such as Christmas Trees, cranes, valves, SCM, seals, skids, manifolds, pipeline etc.
- Processing of new applications and providing guidance to new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies, rules and local legislation.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable specifications, standards and regulations.
- Review quality assurance requests and develop inspection requirements, consistent with the relevant quality assurance standards, and cost estimates.
- Appoint suitably qualified internal inspectors or third party inspection service providers and lead the project inspection kick-off meetings.
- Maintain a database of qualified third party inspection service providers and their geographical location, proactively working with contractor companies to ensure adequate coverage for anticipated assignments.
- Assist in the quality assurance process assessment, reviewing work for compliance with the relevant quality assurance and controls standards.
- Prepare and issue quotations to global clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Consolidate information provided by clients and understand fully inspection requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Work with management to predict trends and track client account metrics.
- Coordinate projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Keep records of client transactions.
- Ensure timeliness and attention to detail of all requests from the client relating to supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance of QMS and support continuous improvement.
- Control the accurate inputting of data entry into internal systems.
- Maintain a high standard of administration and record keeping ensuring smooth processing of all applications.
- Ensure all new clients are inducted into the Oracle system in adherence to ABSG guidelines.
- Ensure clients experience is of the highest customer excellence standards to achieve client retention and grow the business and relationship with the client.
- Ensure all sales/registration leads are passed using the appropriate channels.
- Escalate claims and complaints received from clients into internal ETQ Global Quality Management System.
- Work effectively with other ABSG global offices to solve any problems related to application processing and provide follow-up to the point of resolution.
- Have a full understanding of global inspection processes and procedures and solid understanding of all Country Instructions.
- Detect training needs within New/Current Applications team to be addressed with Supervisor.
- Perform any other appropriate functions assigned by the Inspection Services management.
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct, and act in accordance with ABSG’s UK Equality & Diversity Policy.
