About the role

The Marketing Manager will also coordinate public and government relations and engagement with activities to support engagement with communities, stakeholders, and policymakers.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Manage digital channels including SEO, paid media, email, social media, and the company website, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage external agencies and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across development, commercial, and operations.
- Support public affairs and government relations activity, including community engagement and stakeholder communications.
- Commission and edit content across written, visual, and video formats, maintaining brand integrity throughout.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Strong campaign management skills end‑to‑end, with experience across digital and print.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Experience in public or government relations, either directly or through agency coordination, is highly desirable.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
What we offer
- Private medical care with Bupa (household included)
- Enhanced pension scheme
- EV salary sacrifice scheme + cycle‑to‑work scheme
- 30 days’ annual leave including Bank Holidays to start, increasing with length of service, plus additional leave over the Christmas period
- Access to free, confidential counselling and other wellbeing resources through our Employee Assistance Programme
