About the role
The Marketing Manager will play a hands‑on role in developing and delivering multi‑channel campaigns that raise awareness, strengthen engagement, and support our growth strategy.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Communications, the role will manage activity across campaigns, agencies, and media channels, ensuring every piece of work is on‑brand, on‑message, and aligned with business priorities. The Marketing Manager will also coordinate public and government relations and engagement with activities to support engagement with communities, stakeholders, and policymakers.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and deliver integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and performance reporting.
Manage digital channels including SEO, paid media, email, social media, and the company website, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Manage external agencies and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across development, commercial, and operations.
Support public affairs and government relations activity, including community engagement and stakeholder communications.
Commission and edit content across written, visual, and video formats, maintaining brand integrity throughout.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Strong campaign management skills end‑to‑end, with experience across digital and print.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content.
Confident stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
Experience in public or government relations, either directly or through agency coordination, is highly desirable.
A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
