We combine world-renowned clinical expertise with innovative design. We are on a mission to give vulnerable young people the power to get through the darkest moments of their life, such as when a parent dies, or when they are exposed to traumatic events. About the Role
- Plan, create, and publish a minimum of 3-5 posts per week, tailoring content to each platform's unique audience and algorithm.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to promote events, campaigns, and key initiatives on social media.
- Track social media trends, hashtag strategies, and updates in platform algorithms to keep the organisation's profiles optimised and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for non-profit or volunteer organisations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content trends.
- Excellent written communication skills and an eye for visual design; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, or Google Analytics to track engagement and reach.
