We are looking for experienced Duty Managers to join the team at Runa Farm. Our Late Duty Managers are responsible for the operational delivery of service shifts, hotel and restaurant operations and 5* weddings, with roles and responsibilities being spread and some of our managers specialising in either wedding management, bar management and restaurant management.
Daily duties include:
- Cash handling and financial reporting
- Compliance and health and safety
- Ordering and stock management
- Assisting the General Manager with payroll, rotas and other administrative duties
- Organising and managing the team on shift
- Delivering our guests with a great experience while in our venues
You will need to have great attention to detail and a strong work ethic, excellent organisation and logistic skills as well as great interpersonal and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year Duty Management experience in a luxury hotel or F&B environment.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience, and would be 48 hours weekly, with shift patterns varying but will largely include evenings and weekends, with great companywide perks and training opportunities. Own transport preferred as shift times will vary.
