Job Description
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Duty Manger, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
Take Responsibility for the running of the Aparthotel whilst on shift.
Help Lead the team.
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
Multi- Skilled and able to help with Breakfast, Occasional Night shifts Required to cover sickness and holidays
Qualifications

Prior experience working with Front Office PMS or a related system
Fluency in English
