In addition to these activities, you will have "on-tools" days where you will deliver tasks that are maintainable and readable, having pioneered the architecture and implementation yourself. Other days may involve coaching and mentoring team members to ensure timely and quality delivery, or collaborating with clients, product owners, and designers to clarify emerging requirements.

  • Taking ownership of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery to specifications.
  • Understanding how technical decisions impact budget, timelines, and risk.
  • Maintaining healthy client relationships through clear communication and effective decision-making facilitation.

You’ll be great for this if:

  • You are comfortable initiating new projects, setting up from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines, establishing architectural principles, and submitting apps to app stores.

  • You can facilitate discussions around unfamiliar technologies and systems.
  • Your projects are delivered on time and to specification, easily understood by others for onboarding and handover purposes.
