Apadmi, the UK’s leading mobile tech hub, is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive to join our team. We’re on the hunt for a creative, adaptable marketer who can juggle multiple campaigns effortlessly, present to senior stakeholders with confidence, and make a real impact across our client portfolio. Based out of our Salford Quays tech hub with a flexible hybrid setup, you’ll join an ambitious Product Marketing Team.

Together, we optimise app store listings to boost visibility and drive conversions for several major international brands - spanning retail, hospitality, health, and beyond. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive who is ready to take day-to-day ownership of client accounts and act as a true champion for the end user. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between user insights, internal design and tech teams, and senior client stakeholders. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creative and analytical flair, and is excited to make a direct impact on big brands.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Client Ownership & Account Growth: Take day-to-day responsibility for at least 2 live client accounts, driving overall client satisfaction and aligning product marketing performance directly with client business goals.
  • App Store Optimisation (ASO): Optimise app store listings to improve visibility and conversion - conducting keyword research, writing copy, executing metadata updates and creating visual assets. Testing creatives and copy, turning insights into action.
  • Community Management & Insights: Monitor app ratings and reviews to extract actionable insights. Create on-brand responses, escalate technical issues to development teams, and champion user feedback directly into client product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product updates and launches, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Copywriting: Draft well-written optimised copy for product pages, and App Store/Google Play editorial feature requests to gain promotional placements.
  • App Store & Play Store Launches: Drive app launches with best-in-class product pages across App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Collaborate with internal and external teams, writing copy, setting design briefs, providing feedback, and creating assets.
  • Pitching & Commercial Support: Support pitches to new and existing clients to champion the value of Apadmi’s Product Marketing services and proactively identify new opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Reporting & Data Literacy: Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Utilising mobile analytics tools (AppFollow, AppTweak, App Store Connect, Google Play Console) to turn data into actionable growth strategies, sharing performance insights and recommendations directly with senior client stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Marketing Experience: A background in marketing is preferred. A background in App Store Optimisation (ASO) or App Store Ads (Apple Search Ads / Google App Campaigns) is ideal, but not necessary. We also welcome candidates coming from an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) or Paid Social background who are looking to apply their transferrable growth skills to mobile apps.
  • Adaptability & Project Management: Proven ability to manage your own workload, reprioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Client-Centric & Commercial Mindset: Experience in an agency or client-facing role, with the ability to build strong relationships, understand contract/project scope, and confidently communicate with senior decision-makers.
  • Data Literacy: Experience using data tools (such as AppTweak, AppFollow, App Store Connect, or Google Play Console) or web/ads analytics tools to turn performance data into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Strong Copywriting & Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail when drafting copy, replying to reviews, creating client reports, and presenting complex performance data clearly.
  • Clear & Persuasive Communication: Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly to cross-functional internal teams, senior client stakeholders, and decision-makers alike.
  • Creative Flair: Ability to collaborate closely with design teams to brief visual assets, with practical experience using Canva (or Figma) to create quick client deliverables when needed.
  • Curiosity & Continuous Learning: Passion for keeping up with the latest iOS/Android updates, digital marketing trends, and AI tools to continuously improve team processes and work efficiently.
