Bring creative flair to content creation, ensuring learning materials are visually engaging, modern, and learner focused.
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted L&D partner to team leads and managers across support functions and business teams. Identify operational friction points and capability gaps, translating real world challenges into high impact learning solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to champion continuous learning and a growth mindset across the business.
- Onboarding & Colleague Experience: Own and elevate the end-to-end onboarding experience to accelerate new hires' speed to competence and offer a warm, impactful welcome. Design and facilitate wider group learning initiatives, interactive workshops, and culture building events that enhance colleague engagement and value alignment.
- Learning Platforms & Analytics: Manage and optimise our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and digital learning toolkit to drive high adoption and self-directed learning. Track learning analytics, feedback, and performance indicators to measure ROI, evaluate capability growth, and continuously refine our offerings.
