We are looking for an Interim Global Head of Marketing to serve as the architect and engine room of our international growth. This is a role for a high-impact practitioner who can bridge the gap between visionary strategy and relentless execution. You will lead a world-class, centralized marketing function, ensuring that as Apadmi expands across borders, our brand remains synonymous with digital excellence and our pipeline remains predictable, scalable, and high‑intent. As the Interim Global Head of Marketing at Apadmi, you will own the delivery of our global marketing engine. Reporting directly to the Global CMO, you will lead a specialist team across the UK, Netherlands, and Poland to sharpen our market presence. From navigating complex M&A brand integrations to optimizing a sophisticated MarTech stack, you will ensure Apadmi is impossible to ignore on the global stage, transforming marketing from a support function into a primary revenue driver. This will be a 6‑month interim position.
Responsibilities
- Scalable Demand Generation: Execute sophisticated ABM and lifecycle campaigns focused on our ICP, turning high‑intent search and social into a predictable pipeline.
- Global Brand Authority: Elevate Apadmi’s market presence through multi‑market PR, commanding the awards space, and delivering content that proves our technical depth.
