What you’ll be working on
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of technical hiring strategy and execution
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across the UK and Europe, ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
Source, engage, and manage top technical talent, leveraging your existing network and creative sourcing strategies
Partner with Delivery Teams to identify skill gaps, define requirements, and shape hiring priorities aligned to business growth
Build and maintain relationships with key talent in the North West and beyond, positioning Apadmi as an employer of choice for technical professionals
Continuously improve recruitment processes, bringing innovative ideas to attract and retain top talent
What you’ll bring to the team
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in technical recruitment who can hit the ground running
Deep experience recruiting tech talent in the UK (non-negotiable), with a strong network across the North West and Europe
Hands-on expertise across Software Engineering, Product, Design, Test, or similar technical areas
Exceptional delivery focus: sourcing, screening, assessing, and managing candidates through the full process efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, you play to win, but you win together
Innovative and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes, candidate experience, and outcomes
Ability to work in Manchester at least 3 days a week to build relationships and collaborate effectively
(Nice-to-have) Experience building Tech talent communities and executing hiring strategies across Europe
