You’ll spend most of your time on the tools, contributing to apps across a wide range of sectors including finance, retail, hospitality, health and sport - often working across multiple projects throughout the year.
As a Flutter Developer at Apadmi, you’ll be a key contributor to the design and delivery of high-quality digital products across mobile platforms. Working as part of a cross-functional, agile team, you’ll take ownership of small-to-medium sized features, from technical design through to implementation and release.
- Building and improving Flutter applications across a range of sectors including finance, retail, hospitality, health and sport
- Taking ownership of small-to-medium sized features, from technical design through to delivery and release
- Working hands-on across multiple projects throughout the year, adapting existing solutions to new scenarios
- Collaborating daily with cross-functional teammates (developers, testers, designers and product owners) to plan, refine and deliver work
- Actively contributing to agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Participating in technical design discussions alongside your platform lead to shape robust, maintainable solutions
- Reviewing peers’ pull requests and providing timely, constructive feedback to support quality and consistency
- Supporting the growth of others through mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing, particularly with graduates and interns
You’re an experienced Flutter developer with a strong focus on quality, accessibility and maintainable code. You’re comfortable working with common tooling and dependencies and writing meaningful tests. You take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
