Our client — a leading IT solutions and managed services provider based in London — is seeking a talented Apple specialist to deliver exceptional support to their diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for macOS and iOS devices across multiple client environments.
- Manage, configure, and maintain devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, Addigy, Kandji, or Mosyle.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently and professionally.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and integrations within mixed Apple/Windows environments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service — both remotely and onsite — with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Proven experience supporting Apple environments within an IT support or managed services setting.
- Apple certifications (e.g. ACSP, ACiT, or similar) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Device Management and deployment workflows.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
