ERP Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple client implementation projects across the UK.

This role will see you working directly with customers, internal consulting teams, and technical specialists to manage ERP implementation programmes from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing several concurrent projects and ensuring exceptional delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of ERP implementation projects for a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party partners.
  • Facilitate project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure successful execution of workshops, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while maintaining project profitability and delivery objectives.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects in a Project Manager capacity.
  • Previous experience working for an ERP vendor, ERP consultancy, systems integrator, or software delivery organisation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP deployment methodologies and project governance frameworks.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Experience with ERP solutions such as IFS, Unit4, Infor, Epicor, or similar.

Desirable Skills

  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience within Saa S or cloud-based ERP environments.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
