We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed, commercially minded and technically robust Head of eCommerce (Product Management) to join our clients growing team. You will be working hybrid so have a mix of working on-site and remotely.
As the Head of eCommerce (Product Management), you will lead product thinking across the full eCommerce life cycle and take full ownership of our client’s digital commerce strategy and execution.
- Ensure integration is seamless with internal systems (CRM, payments, ERP and provisioning)
- Excellent product judgment which is backed by a data-led mindset (you will fully understand what drives CAC, CLTV, NNR and how to move them)
