Mac Support (1st and 2nd Line)

Our client who are a dynamic IT services company, who specialise in providing tailored support for Mac-based environments, are looking for a Mac Support (1st and 2nd Line). Their team are passionate about delivering high-quality, user-focused support, both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients regarding technology, IT infrastructures, structure and efficiency of IT systems. You will be offered training and the opportunity to grow within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements
  • Manage and maintain Apple devices using Addigy
  • Defining hardware, software and network requirements
  • Planning timescales and resources required
  • Liaising with staff at all different levels within client organisations
  • Document issues, resolutions and present to client in written or oral reports
  • Design, test, install and monitor new systems
  • Organise training for users

Skills:

  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd Line Mac Support
  • Proficiency with MacOS and Apple hardware
  • Hands on experience with Addigy or similar Apple device management
  • Knowledge of Jamf or other Apple tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
