Account Manager in London

Our client needs an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their London based team. This is a hybrid role, offering the balance between office-based collaboration and flexible remote working. You would be working within an organisation that deliver innovative IP-based solutions. As the Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring successful project delivery and contribute to identifying process improvement and opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for clients within the managed services division, building strong, long-term relationships

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling for business growth

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Prepare and present reports regularly, which will cover client satisfaction, account performance, key opportunities

Skills

Proven experience in account management within comparable managed service environments, modern workspace or enterprise networks

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Proactive in approach, highly organised and results driven

Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying growth opportunities

Experienced at working with enterprise clients, with a thorough understanding of complex requirements

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
