Our client who is a growing MSP require an experienced IT Support Engineer. No two days will be the same, as you will work across varied technical infrastructures. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and play a pivotal part of a customer focused support team. Our client will offer you a supportive working environment. You will be responsible for resolving 1st – 3rd line tickets end to end.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systems
  • Resolving 1st – 3rd line tickets
  • Visiting client sites and working remotely via phone, email and remote access
  • Working on projects, improvements and migrations
  • Supporting Windows Server, RDS, AD, Hyper-V and Azure environments
  • Fully documenting tickets and updating cases
  • Managing devices via RMM and Intune

Skills:

  • Proven experience of working in a similar role for an MSP
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Driving license and own car (required for client visits)
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Hyper-V and RDS knowledge
  • Ideally have Azure depth, ConnectWise and PowerShell experience
