Are you a skilled and passionate network professional? We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our clients dynamic IT team! Key Responsibilities: * Provision of Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting * Install, configure and maintain reliable network infrastructures * Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). * Implement and optimise network security measures. * Monitor network performance and ensure high availability. * Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations. * Maintain up-to-date network documentation and configurations. Required Qualifications: * CCNA Certification – must be current * Experience within an ITIL environment * Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. * Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
