We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Analyst for our clients growing team. You will have proven experience in business integration, change management and process optimisation to join their international team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across global regions to analyse business processes, support transformation initiatives and ensure seamless integration during mergers, acquisitions or system changes. You will be a proactive thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping organisations adapt to change and drive operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support integration and transformation initiatives across multiple international business units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project objectives, and develop business cases
  • Lead and support change management strategies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption of new processes and systems
  • Map, analyse, and optimise end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance performance
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
  • Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders
  • Support the development and execution of training, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Ensure alignment of local and global business processes with enterprise strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement and encourage a culture of operational excellence

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international or matrixed organisations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural and organisational contexts
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project is a plus
  • Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation projects
  • Strong expertise in business integration (e.g., post-merger integration)
  • Proven track record in change management with familiarity in frameworks such as PROSCI or ADKAR
  • Solid experience in process mapping, redesign, and optimisation using tools like Visio, ARIS, or BPMN
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
