We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and skilled working arable manager to join our family run arable and potato business. This is a full-time position for a driven and committed person to become a valued member of our team.
The successful applicant will:
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail and be a self-motivated team player.
• Have a strong abililty to use initiative in decision making and problem solving
• Be responsible for the growing and storage of crops.
• Be responsible for the maintenance and care of the modern fleet of equipment to a very high standard
• Have a forward thinking, progressive and modern outlook, embracing the new technology and ideas in the industry.
