Our client is looking to recruit a junior administrator to join their friendly and lively company. The role will suit a candidate who is looking to work in an office based environment and develop their admin skills in this progressive organisation. Some work experience is essential, ideally in an office environment.
Duties to include:
- Data administration
- Sending issues to internal teams for resolution
- Assist Supervisors with daily tasks when required
- Investigating, resolving and reporting on all complaints
- Checking reports once they’re completed
- Adhoc duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organised
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly personable and builds relationships with ease
Salary: £18 k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
