An opportunity to join AP Racing’s Specialty OE team in a commercially driven, customer-facing role focused on winning new business and driving growth across key OEM accounts. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new programme opportunities with both existing and target customers. Working at the front end of vehicle development cycles, you will position AP Racing as the preferred partner for high-performance braking and clutch systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical credibility and commercial drive, with clear accountability for delivering new programme wins and contributing directly to Specialty OE revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Specialty OE customers
- Engage OEMs early to influence specification and secure programme positions
- Lead RFQs and proposals through to successful award
- Build, own, and convert a strong opportunity pipeline into programme wins
- Develop senior customer relationships to support long term growth
- Influence internal teams to align behind key opportunities

- Proven track record in winning new business or securing programmes
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
