Our client is seeking a strategic Head of Operations/COO to lead and enhance their fiduciary platform across Jersey and Guernsey.
This is a permanent, senior leadership role, central to driving operational excellence, resilience, and innovation within our client's team, with a particular focus on trust, fiduciary, and multi-family office services, as well as funds and investments.
- Key Skills and Focus Areas
- Operations & Management: Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and strong leadership across our client's team.
- Executive Director / COO Experience: Proven ability to operate at board and C-suite level, setting strategic direction and aligning operations with business goals.
- Trust / Fiduciary / MFO: Deep understanding of fiduciary structures and services, ensuring compliant and high-quality client delivery.
- Funds & Investments: Oversight of operational frameworks supporting fund and investment activities.
- Business Process & Change Management: Designing, improving and transforming processes to support growth and efficiency.
- Project Management: Leading complex, cross-jurisdictional projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Risk Management: Building robust frameworks to identify, manage and mitigate operational and business risks.
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery: Ensuring resilient operations and comprehensive continuity planning across Jersey and Guernsey.
