As a Compliance Officer, youwill play a key role in supporting the Group’s compliance and financial crime framework. You will provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, risk management and governance, helping colleagues and leaders navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will support a strong culture of compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are effectively embedded into day-to-day operations.
You will hold a professional compliance qualification (or working towards one) such as ICA, IRM or equivalent, strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles, excellent communication and stakeholder management skill, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
You will have the ability to analyse information and provide practical solutions, and experience in insurance or financial services would be advantageous.
