Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Relationship Manager.
The Primary responsibility of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is the day-to-day management of the Bank's relationships with Wealth Management clients.
The ARM will utilise their in-depth knowledge of the Bank's products and services to understand the needs and requirements of the client.
The ARM should be the primary point of contact for the client ensuring a joined-up approach to client coverage with the Relationship Manager.
The ARM must have the required skill set to be a delegate on behalf of the Relationship Manager when they are unavailable.
The role requires a high level of client service and to act accordingly in the clients' best interests, in a regulatory compliant and commercial manner.
You will need previous experience of working as an assistant in private banking or in another client facing front office role, and a good understanding of the private client industry and its products.
Our client would like a candidate who is outgoing, client focused who understands what it means to deliver a high level of service.
You will be a strong team player who is highly organised, logical in your approach, have an eye for detail, and you are able to handle many parallel tasks.
