Our client a leading financial service provider is looking for a senior corporate administrator to carry out routine day-to-day administration of corporate and fund structures in its Jersey office under the direction of a client relationship manager.

Key responsibilities will include: administration of a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities.

Assist with obtaining CDD on shareholders.

Liaise with notary offices, government offices, tax authorities and banks.

Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff.

Ideal candidates will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification suitable for the job (i. e., STEP/CGI) with a strong knowledge of company and partnership laws.

You must demonstrate to have strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
