Our client, a well established provider of offshore fund/investment products, are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their expanding team in their newly formed Jersey office.
The main responsibilities are to research third party manager selection by conducting quantitative analysis and provide the investment board with evidence based recommendations as to their suitability. Secondary to this you will work on asset allocation to conduct client needs and analysis, and will work within the team to make asset allocation recommendations, generate model portfolios and be part responsible for the security selection.
The successful candidate will ideally be fully CFA/CAIA qualified, have previous knowledge and experience in fund manager researching, be multi asset class focused, have a strong knowledge and understanding of and demonstrate experience of portfolio construction and risk analysis. This is a senior role, requiring solid practical experience to successfully operate within a fund/investment management environment.
