The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Our client is seeking to employ an administrator to join their Jersey office, based in the outskirts of St Helier. A designated car parking space will be allocated to the successful candidate.

You will mainly be responsible for:

  • The accurate and timely archival of records
  • Creation and dispatch of client generated notifications
  • Maintenance of the client database
  • Tele and email query resolution
  • Other administrative duties that need to be undertaken on a day to day basis

You must be well-organised and able to work well under pressure, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally, you should have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Document Management System products.
