Are you an ambitious Compliance Officer or Manager ready to take your career to the next level? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international private equity organisation based in Jersey, conducting comprehensive investment-led fund management for an international client base, including both corporate and fund services.
The successful individual will head up the Compliance team for the Fund Services Business to ensure that the business in Jersey remains compliant with all relevant laws, JFSC regulations, legislation and best practice. To act as a contact point with Head Office and internal stakeholders, you will be expected to have an innovative and proactive approach to risk management.
To be considered for this important senior role candidates should have gained at least 10+ yearsβ experience in a relevant position with exposure to at least one or more of the following sectors: Private Equity, Trust, Wealth Management and Funds. An industry recognised AML/Compliance qualification is also essential.
