Our success is built on quality products and exceptional customer service.
We're seeking an E-commerce Content Manager to elevate our online presence and drive revenue growth. This hybrid role combines remote working with office-based collaboration, offering 4 days working from home and 1 day in our Birmingham or Lichfield office. As a small, family-run business, one of our biggest weaknesses has been our transition into the digital age. The ideal candidate will therefore be someone with the skills and experience to hit the ground running from day one; in-depth training in the role is not something we can provide, though we will gladly bring you up to speed on all the relevant things you need to know about our business, products, and service. Here's what you'll need:
- Proven experience improving an e-commerce business
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Photoshop or other image editing tools

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day office-based)
