Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's team in St Helier, Jersey.
This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in advising on trust law matters and supporting the management and growth of their fiduciary and legal functions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing trusted guidance on complex legal issues and contributing to strategic decision-making within a high-calibre professional environment.
Key Skills and Experience Legal Counsel- Demonstrable experience providing expert legal advice, drafting, and reviewing documentation, and managing legal risk across relevant practice areas.
Legal Executive- Background in a senior legal capacity, able to take ownership of complex matters, lead on transactions, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Trust Law- Strong knowledge of trust structures and related legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply trust law to advisory work and transactional matters.
