Our client, a well-established purpose-driven creative agency helping businesses build and grow their brands online, is looking to hire a fully remote sales and accounts manager. Specialising in web design, branding, and ongoing digital marketing support, they are looking for someone who truly understands the creative process and can confidently guide founders, sell the right services, and nurture long-term client relationships.

As the first point of contact, you will provide new leads, guiding prospective clients through discovery calls, helping them understand what they need, and confidently leading them toward the right solution. Once clients sign on, your role will also be to nurture the relationships, support delivery teams, and ensure every client feels understood and supported.

Other responsibilities include:

  • A full sales cycle from first contact to offboarding
  • Client relationship management
  • All CRM activities, proposals, scopes, and pricing
  • Account health management, invoices, payments, and financial accuracy
  • Identifying upsells, renewals, and long-term partnership opportunities

You will have at least 5+ years of experience in the sales and account management space, be confident selling both creative and digital services. Experience in web design, branding, and digital marketing is a must. Native or fluent English speaker, able to work European time zone.
