The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
A global provider of corporate services, trust and fiduciary services is seeking a head of risk & compliance for its Bermuda office. The role includes responsibility as the MLRO for Bermuda. Working with the Group Risk & Compliance, you will ensure compliance standards, and continue to develop local policies and procedures.
The role will encompass advising the local board of directors on all compliance matters, ensuring ongoing training of the compliance team, managing the firm’s relationship with regulatory bodies, including the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in an equivalent role, and hold relevant qualifications. Strong technical skills and experience of Bermudian regulations are essential. Equally important are leadership, communication, management and negotiation skills.
Compensation is highly competitive and the package includes Private Medical Insurance, Pension, and Life Assurance and flexible working hours.
