Overview
Senior Counsel in Guernsey providing expert private client and international trust advice to offshore asset structures and HNW families. You’ll collaborate with a close-knit global team across dispute resolution, funds, and corporate matters to support international trust companies and family offices. The role combines advisory work with cross-border coordination to shape offshore structures and governance. Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on Guernsey matters to international trust clients
- Advise international trust companies, HNW families and family offices on offshore asset holding structures
- Collaborate with global colleagues on dispute resolution involving trusts
- Work with corporate teams on funds and corporate structures
- Support establishment and management of offshore structures for clients
Key requirements
- Solicitor or barrister qualification in a common law jurisdiction
- Minimum of eight years PQE
- offshore/Private Client experience preferred
- STEP qualification preferred
- Knowledge of offshore asset structures and international trusts
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
