Overview

A global investment and technology development firm is seeking a highly skilled and proactive executive assistant to provide exceptional coverage support to senior executives in its investor relations and trading division, London office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to senior executives, manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and plan intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Offer expert-level administrative support for key projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the EA team\’s leadership and managers to learn preferences, dynamics, and priorities and demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritise tasks with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor\\\’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook) and ability to quickly learn productivity software (Slack, Confluence, SharePoint).

Compensation

A competitive annual base salary is offered, plus variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus and overtime pay.
