Our client is seeking a talented and motivated lawyer to join its highly regarded employment practice in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team advising local and international clients on a broad range of employment, discrimination and workplace data protection matters.The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and colleagues on complex and varied contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, workplace investigations, redundancies, discrimination claims and Employment and Discrimination Tribunal proceedings.The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong technical, drafting and client management skills, a commercial and pragmatic approach, and the ability to manage matters independently while contributing to the wider team. Previous experience in employment law is advantageous, although a keen interest in developing expertise in this area is also welcomed.
