Our client, a global, full-service offshore law firm providing corporate, institutional and private clients with straight-talking legal advice, is looking to hire a senior business development professional to work closely with the Head of Business Development and a manager to support partners and practice groups across multiple jurisdictions with business development initiatives.
The role involves planning and delivering business development activities – both domestic and international – including events, conferences, and lawyer business-development trips. A key part of the role is managing business development plans for practice teams, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with marketing colleagues, and contributing to firm-wide growth initiatives.
The successful candidate, as well as having strong planning and multi-tasking skills, will also develop expertise in event production, contracts, logistics, and audience management.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
- Professional/relevant marketing qualification is ideal but not essential
- Previous experience in a law firm (onshore or offshore) desirable
- willingness to travel for business-related matters
