Our client, an International Trust firm specialising in providing fiduciary services to individuals, entrepreneurs and families, across a wide range of sectors is looking to hire a Trust Administrator for its London office.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive account management including account set up, investment performance review, and ongoing customer support.
- Act as a client relationship manager and liaison between customers, tax, accounting, legal, and operations personnel.
- Become a primary point of contact to clients and trust stakeholders.
- Be part of project-specific teams in other jurisdictions.
- Deal with administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, including minutes, resolutions, and key documentation.
- Manage payments and transaction processing, liaising with legal, accounting, and tax teams.
- Handle ad hoc projects, including regulatory changes and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the day-to-day administration of UK trusts and related corporate entities.
- Corporate secretarial experience or a formal accounting designation will be highly valued.
- A relevant STEP or ICSA qualification (or working towards one) is desirable.
A hybrid working environment with a balance between home and office work to be determined.
