A global investment and technology development firm is seeking a highly skilled and proactive executive assistant to provide exceptional coverage support to senior executives in its investor relations and trading division, London office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive support to senior executives
  • Managing complex schedules
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Planning intricate travel itineraries
  • Liaising with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Offering expert-level administrative support for key projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Collaborating closely with the EA team’s leadership and managers to learn preferences, dynamics, and priorities
  • Demonstrating exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
  • A proven ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritise tasks with attention to detail
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook) and ability to quickly learn productivity software (Slack, Confluence, SharePoint) is essential

Compensation:

A competitive annual base salary is offered, a variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus and overtime pay.
