We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer (Counsel level) to join our client’s ambitious international trusts & private client team in Guernsey and London.
This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value private wealth matters, advising high net worth families, trust companies and family offices on offshore structures, trusts, foundations, estate planning and succession matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Advising high net worth families, trust companies and family offices on offshore structures, trusts, foundations, estate planning and succession matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing high net worth clients.
- Mentoring junior colleagues.
- Developing client relationships and supporting business growth within a collaborative and supportive international team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience.
- STEP qualification.
- Strong non‑contentious trusts experience and some offshore exposure.
- Based in the Channel Islands or the UK, or willing to relocate.
