A global investment and technology development firm is seeking a highly skilled and proactive executive assistant to provide exceptional coverage support to senior executives in its investor relations and trading division, London office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing proactive support to senior executives
  • Managing complex schedules

  • Planning intricate travel itineraries
  • Liaising with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination
