A global investment and technology development firm is seeking a highly skilled and proactive executive assistant to provide exceptional coverage support to senior executives in its investor relations and trading division, London office.

Key responsibilities will include providing proactive support to senior executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination, offering expert-level administrative support for key projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution, collaborating closely with the EA team\’s leadership and managers to learn preferences, dynamics, and priorities and demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
Your credentials include 6+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments, a proven ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritise tasks with attention to detail; a bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook) and ability to quickly learn productivity software (Slack, Confluence, SharePoint) is essential.

Compensation A competitive annual base salary is offered, a variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus and overtime pay.
