The Client Services team is responsible for the Company Secretarial and administrative components of client service delivery across a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate private client structures. Reporting to the Director, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of client relationships and deliverables, acting as the principal point of contact and escalation for operational activity and workflow management.
Key responsibilities- Lead on all aspects of day‑to‑day operations and transactional client service delivery
- Oversee and manage a small team, ensuring clarity of priorities and consistent delivery against team and organisational goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring best practice and consistent, high‑quality service delivery across jurisdictions
- Champion and drive operational development initiatives and business transformation projects, leading the team effectively through change
- Strong academic background with an appropriate professional qualification (CGI, ICSA or equivalent)
- Well‑established, relevant experience with sound technical knowledge of UK corporate legislation and regulation
- Demonstrable experience managing effective, engaged teams and fostering an environment where people are motivated to meet shared goals
- Ability to apply commercial insight to improve client‑specific provision and advance the wider organisation
- Confidence and discretion in managing conflict situations
- Right to work in UK is essential
